For many years customers have been able to save money on bridge tolls through the purchase of pre-paid discount tickets from various offices on both banks of the river. The Humber Bridge Board is pleased to announce an extension to its service with the introduction of this on-line purchasing facility.

Why has it been introduced? This service has largely come about in response to demand from customers, although advances in technology and, in particular, improvements to internet security have also played an important part.
How much can I save by ordering tickets? You can save 10% on each book of tickets purchased.
How long are the vouchers valid for?Pre-paid tickets do not have an expiry date. Furthermore when tolls increase, any tickets purchased at the old price can still be used for the new toll, without customers being asked to pay the difference.
When will I receive my tickets? Within the UK all orders received before 9am (Monday to Friday) will be despatched on the same day. Orders received after 9am will be despatched the following day. All orders are sent out by Royal Mail using a Registered, next day, signed for delivery service. The delivery will need signing for. If there is nobody in to sign for the delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with details on how to re-arrange delivery and who to contact.
Why are tickets sent by Courier? Pre-paid tickets are valuable and in order to offer protection in the case of loss, the use of a next day, signed for delivery service, has been made compulsory. Unfortunately recent years has seen an increase in the number of orders being lost in the post and the use of this method safeguards your purchase.
This will cost an additional £4.25 above your ticket order total.
What if I want to purchase one of the publications at the same time?A number of other items are available for sale over the internet through the
publications page and operates in the same way as the tickets page. Simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase and they are automatically added to your basket.
Will I have to pay any more for postage? Any publications purchased with discount tickets will be sent in the same courier envelope. There will be no additional postage charge above the £4.25 for orders within the UK.
What if I don't want to buy discount tickets and only want to purchase one of the publications? In this case you will pay a postal charge based upon the weight of the item and the address to which it is being sent. Information on the charge is calculated once you click "on to checkout" from your basket.
If I apply on-line will my details be safe?Yes your details are processed on a secure server. This means that your details are secure and will only be accessed by those processing your order. All payments made to humberbridge.co.uk are secure using Barclays ePDQ secure transaction system, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a standard supported by most major internet browsers. All of your personal and card details are protected using 128 bit encryption, when transmitted over the internet. Your card details are stored on a server behind a secure firewall. Only authorised personnel may access this information.
