Contract: Full time, Permanent
Location: Hessle, Hull, HU13 0JG
Starting Salary: £25,992 circa
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Due to internal movement an exciting opportunity has opened up in our Property & Estates team for the role of Property & Estates Technician. We are looking for a motivated individual with relevant experience in grounds and facilities maintenance, who thrives on taking ownership and pride in their work. It’s also important that you’re a team player that works well with others but is comfortable working on tasks as an individual at times and you’ll feel confident in the supervision of contractors and visitors.
The Property & Estates Technician will carry out and deliver an effective and efficient maintenance provision across the Humber Bridge (HB) property and estates. This includes ensuring buildings and grounds are maintained in a safe and serviceable condition in line with current legislation.
For the right individual it could be a great opportunity to work in a varied and dynamic environment. The post holder will ensure the Humber Bridge Health and Safety requirements are implemented to ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
