Account holders, you can log into your accounts. Non-account holders can create new accounts or pay for their crossings as guests.
Drivers can also pay tolls over the phone. Our customer service team will be happy to help from 8am to 6pm today and can be reached on 01482 235500.
You can also pay your tolls at any PayPoint store from today. If you do, there’s a good chance you might be the first person to do it at that particular store – so please be patient with shop staff. Use this link to find the PayPoint that best suits you https://www.paypoint.com/store-locator.
If you crossed the bridge this weekend and you do not have an account (or your account doesn’t have enough credit to cover your tolls), you’ll have until midnight tomorrow (Tuesday) to settle up.
Because of the go-live weekend, we’re extending the normal payment window. PLEASE NOTE: from Tuesday onwards, and every day thereafter (including bank holidays), you will need to pay your tolls by midnight the day after you cross.
