Property & Estate Technician Assistant
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Location: Hessle, Hull, HU13 0JG
Starting Salary: £24,790 circa per annum
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Our Property & Estates team are looking for a motivated person with relevant experience in grounds and facilities maintenance. It is important that you’re a team player that works well with others but is comfortable working on tasks as an individual at times.
The Property & Estates Technician Assistant will carry out and deliver an effective and efficient maintenance provision across the Humber Bridge (HB) property and estates. This includes ensuring buildings and grounds are maintained in a safe and serviceable condition in line with current legislation. For the right individual it could be a great opportunity to work in a varied and dynamic environment.
As well as acting as ambassador for the Humber Bridge successful postholder will be responsible for:
- Carrying out general maintenance tasks
- Carry out estate maintenance tasks
- Carry out basic inspections on building, estates and facilities
- Provide assistance to contractors attending site ensuring health & safety
