Starting Salary: £31,022 circa per annum
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Our Property & Estates team are looking for a motivated individual with relevant experience in grounds and facilities maintenance to join the team as Property & Estates Senior Technician. The postholder must be confident in the supervision of others including external contractors/visitors. The post holder will ensure the Humber Bridge Health and Safety requirements are implemented to ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
As well as acting as ambassador for the Humber Bridge successful postholder will be responsible for:
- Provide leadership, technical advice and support for P&E technicians
- Assist with planning works and resources
- Assisting with operational Health & Safety including its administration
- Carry out asset maintenance to Property & Estates
